I help organizations improve their performance. 

Through planning it is possible to find just the right balance between an organization’s structure and the culture that supports it.  With some training it is even possible to help people work effectively and happily within that structure and culture. 

For 30 years I have helped businesses, governmental agencies and non-profit organizations break through to significant achievements that made a difference to shareholders, employees and clients. 

It takes some work to build an really effective organizations.  There needs to be a unifying and motivating focus.  There must be a disciplined commitment to stay in focus.  And everyone must be on the lookout to recognize opportunity when it comes and to take the risk to seize it. 

The most important challenge facing any enterprise is its ability to sustain itself into the future, recognizing and seizing advantage when it comes; overcoming risks at its approach.

By the way, don't let the name fool you.  Washington State is my home and the Pacific Northwest has been the center of my business, but I fly 125,000 miles a year, working with clients throughout the US, Canada and Mexico (with an occasional sidetrip to Micronesia and the western Pacific).
